• At the time the barns were built, C.S. Perhamus owned the property.
• The property was purchased by Edward Davin in 1925 and retained ownership until 1960.
• The property was purchased at that time by the Zornow Family
• The Zornow Family leased the land out to a local farmer.
• John Gerris took ownership of the property in 2001.
• The Price Family purchased the property in 2003.
• The Welch Family took ownership during the summer of 2015.

This property is owned by the Welch Family.  They have transformed this property into an incredible wedding and event venue known as Oak Knolls Manor.
